Complete: 7.1 Learning B: Healing Wounds of War (19)

• With your islands, complete the write up activity...If you were gone, you'll need to do this alone, but check with Mr M to ensure you understand all of the information you read
• Remember, the Mark up Activity has three requirements:
• Underline important phrases in each paragraph
• Circle important vocabulary words (just once per word/person)
• Create a "margin summary" of 1-4 words summarizing each paragraph
• One word that IS on the Big List AND on the back of the worksheet is Dixiecrats.  The reading does not describe it at all, just mentions it.  HERE is a supplementary video to help fill it out.

• Add notes in a different color to 7.1 A & 7.1 B near the terms when watching the following video.  We got about 8-10 minutes into it based on the class.
